Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing Aulin, or using the services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Aulin for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

A coaching business may present additional policies for its services, including cancellation, attendance, refund, conduct, and facility rules. Those policies apply in addition to these terms.

Aulin provides software that helps independent coaching businesses publish availability, manage clients and players, accept bookings, communicate, and track or collect payments. Coaching businesses—not Aulin—provide the coaching services and are responsible for their staff, facilities, service descriptions, prices, safety practices, and business-specific policies.

Aulin does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or outcome of a coaching service. Questions about a session or a business’s policy should be directed to that coaching business.

• You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage information and bookings for a minor unless local law permits otherwise.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Notify the applicable coaching business promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not impersonate another person, create an account without permission, or use another person’s contact or payment information unlawfully.

Availability and booking confirmations can change because of coach, facility, weather, minimum-attendance, or other operational needs. A booking is subject to the coaching business’s displayed or otherwise communicated rules. Review session details before confirming.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, credit, and refund rules are set by the coaching business. Aulin may help the business apply those rules, but disputes about the underlying coaching service should first be raised with the business.

The coaching business sets its prices, packages, credits, accepted payment methods, and applicable fees. Payment options may include card payments processed by Stripe or payment methods handled directly by the business. You authorize the applicable payment provider and coaching business to process the amount shown when you confirm a purchase.

Package uses, account balances, and other credits are subject to the conditions shown by the coaching business. Except where law requires otherwise, the business’s stated refund and expiration policies apply.

You may not use Aulin to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• submit malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or probe systems without authorization;
• scrape, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• send spam, abusive content, fraudulent payment claims, or false booking information; or
• access client, player, coach, or business data outside the scope of your authorized role.

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give Aulin permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the services and to provide it to the coaching business you choose.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Aulin handles personal information. Only submit player, health, contact, or other personal information that you are authorized to provide.

We may update, add, or remove features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, coaching businesses, payment providers, or the service. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that materially or repeatedly violate these terms.

You may stop using Aulin at any time. Account closure does not cancel amounts already owed or eliminate records that must be retained for payment, security, dispute, or legal purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, Aulin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Aulin is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent coaching businesses, coaches, clients, facilities, or third-party payment and communication providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Aulin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services.

We may revise these terms as the services or law change. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
